How does billing work?
WhichOtp uses a pre-funded wallet model. You deposit funds in advance, and the cost of each verification is deducted from your balance when you purchase a number. There are no monthly subscriptions.
What happens if the number does not receive an SMS?
If your number fails to receive an OTP, you can cancel the order and your full balance will be refunded automatically. No questions asked.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept local bank transfers and mobile money via Korapay (Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya), international cards via Stripe, cryptocurrency via Cryptomus, and manual bank transfer with admin approval.
Can I get a refund to my original payment method?
Refunds of unused wallet balance can be requested by contacting support. Please review our Refund Policy for full details on eligible amounts and processing times.
Is there a minimum deposit?
The minimum deposit is $1 USD (or equivalent). There is no maximum.
How do promo codes work?
Promo codes add a bonus percentage to your deposit. For example, a WELCOME10 code on a $10 deposit would credit $11 to your wallet.
